What if our machine has a fault? What can you do to help us?
During the using, if a fault happened, our after-sales engineer will discuss with you in 24 hours. To help us identify furnace failures, you will need to provide a video of the broken furnace or participate in a video call. We will then identify the broken part and repair it.
What is your warranty policy?
Our warranty period begins when the machine starts running normally, and we offer free technology support for the machine's entire life. After one year warranty period, additional cost will be required. However, we still provide technical service even after the warranty period has expired.
