Graphite silicon carbide crucibles

For the die-casting industry, our crucibles adopts advanced production techniques to develop graphite silicon carbide crucibles specifically designed for the die-casting environment. This material is more suitable for low-temperature environments and possesses characteristics such as low-temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid heat conduction, and a more stable lifespan. In terms of heat conduction, it is 17% faster than European graphite clay crucibles, making it more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Graphite Degassing rotor

The service life of a regular graphite degassing rotor is 3000-4000 minutes, while the service life of our graphite rotor is 7000-10000 minutes. When used for online degassing in the aluminum industry, the service life is over two and a half months. The specific application depends on the customer’s operating conditions, and under the same conditions, our product offers better cost-effectiveness.
